DO NOT MOVE YOURS LINES TO XFINITY

This company is the definition of fraud! They have stolen two phones from me and are forcing me to pay for devices I do not have! They are FRAUD!

Their higher up customer service lady Tasha hung the phone up on me? Like she needs to be fired. How is she in this position? No one wants to contact me! I’ve been asking for help for over a month! These people are horrible people! Please save yourselves!

You already know what my problem is. This is how they play in our faces! They aren't helping anyone. There just copying and pasting a passage. THEY DO NOT CARE!! RUN!!
