Do any humans customer service agents work here anymore?

I'm finding it near impossible to get anyone on the phone from Xfinity, for any service whatsoever. The AI bots messages are incorrect and missing information, I can't confirm things and it's wildly frustrating. Is there a number that will actually lead me to a person to talk?

Thomas that's a [Edited: Language] lie!  No one "human" is working for Xfinity because I've tried to contact a customer service person for 3 days with no success.  I tried again today (3/2), the option was to request a "call back", but earliest available call back day and time is Saturday, March 7 at 6:00 pm.

I'm on the phone right now trying to figure out why my internet keeps dropping whenever I'm on a Teams call with a coworker and they share their screen, and the agent I'm talking to is clearly not a human being. It has been over 20 minutes, and I am no closer to resolving the issue, because I have to keep explaining what the issue actually is. This is horrible.
