do any human being’s work at Comcast?

I have not had Internet or TV for 2 to 3 weeks and I better not get a [Edited: "Language"] bill. I am 66 years old. I know nothing about computers, Internet modems any of that crap. All I do is pay the bill and you all provide the TV and I haven’t had TV providers in weeks. Someone can come out here and fix it because I’m sick of it and I better not pay be paying for it. I’m gonna check my checking count and I better not be Xfinity bills being paid when I haven’t had any TV whatsoever in 2 to 3 weeks.
