Disney+ Hulu Bundle Ad Free

I upgraded my internet last week and got the Disney+ Hulu Bundle with the upgrade. When I was checking out, I forgot to select that I wanted the ad free version for an extra cost per month. I added it after checkout and when I check my subscriptions through the Xfinity app, it says that ad free is active but when I go to watch anything on Disney+ there's still ads. I've signed out of all of my devices, restarted everything, and then logged back in but nothing has worked.

user_sm07t Thanks for reaching out! If you just upgraded to the ad free version, you may need allow 24-48 hours for the change to sync over to your Disney+ account.

I upgraded on May 2nd. I'm still not getting ad free. I spoke with someone at an Xfinity store, he told me I needed to contact Disney, so I did and all they told me was that it's still just showing the bundle with ads. What do I need to do to get this fixed?
