Disney HULU Bundle activation not working- No activate botton on streamstore

Its been 3 weeks since I am trying to get DisneyHulu bundle to activate, while  my XFinity plan says this subscription is included in my internet plan. Unlike peacock that got activate with no trouble at all, there is no activation button for Disney HULU on the streamstore. Have chatted with Xfinity assistant each of whom assure they can resolve this but to no avail. I have tried incognito browser, tried to login using MyDisney credentials- nothing works!- asks me to purchase a plan!. The last Xfinity assistant promised to synchronized my account at the backend and resolve this in an hour and it has been 2days. Why does Xfinity bother to offer subscription plan if the system is broken and the costumer cannot activate these plans? It is so appalling that even after so many threads of complains about Disney activation, the Xfinity Assistance has not bothered to look this up at their end resolve the issue.
