Discovery Hub Internet Search
The Discovery Hub page no longer allows for internet search. It has been down a week now and it is not being fixed. This is wrong, I have called everyday for help. Somedays they say I have no problems and other times they say they are aware of the problem and will fix it when and if they find the problem. How about I pay when and if you fix it. I would like to use my Discovery Hub Search Engine. I have used this page for years. Nobody cares about your customers. I am stuck with your company but the first service that comes to us in this area we will be changing too.

Internet Search on Comcast/Xfinity pages has been problematic for a very long time, and since
I'd suggest setting a Bookmark/Favorite for "https://www.google.com/" (or the search engine of your choice) and using that.

Hi there, @user_wstohg! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! The Discovery Hub Search feature has been discontinued. The feature was discontinued before being fully removed from the site. We apologize for any frustration or confusion this caused. We would recommend using an alternate search engine such as Google going forward.
