Discount/promos expired - want an affordable plan like before

My current plan had discounts/promos that long expired.  Plan charges continue to increase annually.  Tried to get options for my plan but had terrible online chat with Verdant on Oct 30, 2024.

Spent too much time telling me that i would be helped, acknowledged that it's hard to manage the monthly expense and will help find me a plan in which i will be paying for just the things i need and will be saving money monthly.  Was looking for any discounts/promos/incentives as a long time Xfintity customer to help with monthly expense.

Verdant ended the chat with "It will be same for now but if it increase you can get connect back to us for the same."  Whatever that means.

Trying this forum to find a deal.  This time updating my plan has again been a disappointing process.
