Looking to buy discount universal Hollywood ticket as a benefit of gold membership. Cannot find them on the Xfinity site. Can you help?

Congrats on your Gold status and I definitely want you to be able to take advantage of those ticket offers. Are you showing they are available but getting an error message, or you do not see the offers at all?

I am also looking to purchase Universal Studios Hollywood tickets through by Diamond Rewards benefit.  The Xfinity website only shows discounted tickets for Universal Studios Orlando.  Can discounted tickets be purchased for Univeral Studios Hollywood via an Xfinity Rewards benefit?

Yes, @user_7t7q9c Xfinity members (formerly Xfinity Rewards) can access discounted tickets to Universal Parks, including Universal Studios Hollywood, as part of their membership benefits. It is recommended to check the "Xfinity Membership" section in your app for the most current offers, as availability and specific deals vary.

user_9rjzbc Thank you for reaching out for help with that membership benefit offer. Are you seeing that as a current reward option? That is not a benefit I see currently listed as available. The offers do change frequently, so it may have ended already.
