DISCONNECT

XFINITY/COMCAST I am extremely frustrated because Comcast is NOT allowing me to disconnect our service. I called on 1/20/26 to disconnect (confirmation # [Edited: "Personal Information"]) and was assured the service would be disconnected and a refund for $58.31 would be forwarded. We did NOT receive a refund and our service was NOT disconnected and comcast issued a NEW bill for feb-march cycle in ERROR. I called AGAIN on 2/3/26 and the account was still NOT disconnected and I was told I should pay the balance (for service that I have not received since I cancelled our service on 1/20/26!!) to clear our balance and would then be refunded the payment PLUS the original $58.31...THIS IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!!! ....I need our account disconnected IMMEDIATELY as I request FOUR WEEKS ago!

I am having almost the exact same problem.  I called customer service on January 23, asking that my service be disconnected as of January 26, the end of my contract.  I unplugged my router and thought comcast would follow through.  They are still billing me.  What gives?
