Disappointment Over Loss of NFL Network & RedZone — Considering Leaving Xfinity
I’ve been a loyal customer of for years, largely because of access to NFL Network and RedZone. Losing those channels is extremely disappointing and makes me question the value of staying.
This is a big part of why I’ve continued paying for your service, and without it, I’m seriously considering exploring other providers that offer what I actually watch. Xfinity should be doing more to keep their customers happy, especially when it comes to key channels like these.
I’m undecided whether to wait and see if this gets resolved, but it may be time for me to move on.

I agree. I think xfinity wants to lose customers. If I leave xfinity I ain't ever coming back to any product they offer. And bad word of mouth will lose them more potential customers. Teating long time customers poorly isn't good policy.

Since Xfinity will not get the channels back, we need to get credit on our subscriptions, that should include SF Giants and the As, as they went to pay for view. The other option would be to sign up with the NFL Network for six months $14.95/ per month. So Xfinity reduces my monthly subscription fee so I can sign up with………..Dieter

Have you tried calling Xfinity? Can never speak to an agent. Only an imbecilic voice who never gets you to the proper person. Recently NBC was cancelled. Now NFL & if owned by Disney...ABC will be next. With all the $$ Xfinity charges...they can't "afford" to continue including this in our service? Someone told me HULU has NFL network. Time to drop Xfinity.

I got a Vseebox. It doesn’t have DVR capabilities but there is absolutely no series I cannot watch, there is an extensive on demand catalog and there are tons of movies and absolutely no monthly fee. I still have Xfinity Internet but today I got rid of the TV part of my service. I eliminated $150 off my monthly expenses just like that. And the best part is, I won’t keep losing channels and increasing my monthly cost anymore.
