direct messaging xfinity

I had awful customer service today and would like to send an email to someone at xfinity. I saw another post showing how, but I do not have that chat option to direct message. I am extremely unhappy and looking to change service providers. It should not be this hard to communicate with someone. Is there a direct email address I can use?

Hey user_xw56l5, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. They direct messaging icon is disabled until you make a post as it violates the forums guidelines to send a direct message without being asked too. It also helps with our goal of trying to answer as much as we can in public so others can find the answer. Now that you have made a post, if you refresh your page, do you see the direct message icon towards the top right next to the alerts bell icon?
