A tech was working on the pole installing a new line to the house next door. I think he boggled something up with my connection because when he finished and left , I noticed my internet had gone down. I troubleshoot the connection and gateway and XA indicates the issue is not the gateway and that there is no signal coming in.  Looking to have a tech resolve issue at the pole. I am paying for service and it seems xfinity's automated system says I can't get a tech for 3 days.
