Can you please explain why I am unable to access paramount+ shows (lioness episode 1/2 Season 2) when I have "paramount+ with showtime" as part of my xfinity plan?
@user_vqkwu7 I'm sorry that your access is being interrupted to Lioness. It has been a great series! When you try to access season 1, episode 1 or episode 2 are you seeing an error message? Are you watching the show thought the paramount+ app or through the X1 cable box?

Ive tried two different methods, X1 and throught the xfinity app on my laptop. X1 only shows 4 "free" episodes available. 2 in season1 and 2 in season 2. When I log in to xfinity, all of season 1 is available and only episode 3/4 in season 2. When I select an episode, it opens in "paramount+ with showtime". there is no episode purchase option available on xfinity.com. Only episode 3 and 4 are listed in the available episodes.
user_vqkwu7 I just checked my X1 TV box, and seeing the same thing. Season 2 episodes 1 & 2 are only available from the Paramount+ app. Season 2 episodes 3 & 4 are available with a Xfinity subscription to Paramount+ with Showtime. Unfortunately, our Paramount+ with Showtime subscription does not give us access to the Paramount+ app. A separate subscription would need to be acquired to access Paramount+.

I just got off of the phone with paramount plus. The agent stated that if I pay for paramount+ with showtime, I should have access to all paramount programming. Please explain to me why I do not?
user_vqkwu7 I know it's a bit confusing. The Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscription billed through Xfinity does not include access to the Paramount+ app. You only have access to available OnDemand programming from Paramount+ with SHOWTIME, and the SHOWTIME live linear channels. If you look at the partner page for Paramount+, Xfinity is not listed as a provider for signing in.
