Direct Message Chat Icon
I keep seeing this message but it's faulty. There is absolutely no direct message chat icon anywhere on the forum or main site.
To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

I called two weeks ago and chatted with a live person regarding to the pedestal of CATV in the front of my house were tilted 30 degrees. As of today, It has not been fixed yet. Please send some to to straighten the pedestal between the houses of 40729 and 40749 street number. Can you help?
