Didn’t receive what was offer
Hello! I recently hired an internet service with you, the package included a streaming box, the installation fee is on my statement but didn’t receive it. Also you offered a $200 Amazon gift card, and I still don’t get it.
I’ve been trying te reach you by Phone but no one was able to help me.
Hope I can have an answer and solution to my situation soon.
