Did not receive service cancellation confirmation
I have already spoken to an Xfinity agent over the phone on Aug 17 to cancel my existing service immediately (starting Aug 17, 2023). It has been more than 48 hours since then and I have yet to receive any confirmation email or notification. Is there anyway I can check on the status of this process or get the confirmation notification?
