Did not receive gift for for Internet server $200

I was promise to receive a $200 gift card after completing 90 day of internet service. When I called customer service they have no idea about it and they do not have the promotion.

Can you please look into this,

We are here to help you and make sure you get the assistance you need to get any missing gift cards. To get started can you send out team a DM with your full name and service address? To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
