Diamond rewards - can't sign up for Peacock

When I log into xfinity and check rewards available, it says I can get Peacock premium at no extra cost.  I never get an email and if I go to the site listed, it says my account is not eligible for that offer.

Thank you for reaching out about your questions about the free Peacock subscription for your Xfinity Rewards perks, @epictale

A Diamond tier Xfinity Rewards member can activate Peacock Premium service by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Xfinity Rewards account.
2. Click on the reward titled **Get Peacock Premium at no extra cost**.
3. Choose **Get This Reward** and follow the provided steps.
4. Wait for an email with instructions on how to activate your offer, which may take a couple of hours.

Thanks for pointing out the obvious.  It's been over 3 hours now and no email.  So, now what?

How many days must a person wait to receive an email?  Or for custody service to actually respond with something helpful?

Hello @epictale, do you remember when you redeemed the reward for peacock premium? As that email typically generates that same day so if it was a while ago you may want to check your junk or spam folder from around that time. If you have any difficulties remembering when you redeemed the reward I can get your account pulled up and check for you. I would just need you to send a direct message with your first and last name, the name on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account. I will send some instructions below on how to send a direct message just in case you need them. 😃

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
