Device promotion and customer service issue issue

My xfininty mobile number is [Edited: "Personal Information"].  I ahve been having a huge issue with my mobile account.  I have already spent over six hours on this with your store, text and phone support.  It has been an awful experience.  I visited your store in East Brunswick NJ where your associate named Eli Velez advised me taht I can save $10 on each line if I downgrade to Unlinited form Unlimited Premium.  He had my account open on his screen and knew exactly what I have.  He even guidde me on my phone to make the change the change.  Then next month I noticed taht bill has incerased by around $100.  I called support and after spending an hour was told that my peomotional deviec credit is removed because i downgraded the plan.  So they changed it back to Unlimited premium.  While they made teh change, device credit still did not kick in.  Since then I made mutltipe calls.  I even visited the store there tiem and spent housr with Eli.  Everyone says that tehy will talke care of it, niot to worry. Then after wasting an hour, they say they are not abel to and have to open a ticket.  Then nothing happens until I call agian to be told taht ticket was close without informing.  Thsi is horrible experience.  The two phoen numbers in uestions are [Edited: "Personal Information"] and [Edited: "Personal Information"].  Each of them are supposed to get $41.66 promitional device credit every montht that was removed.  Please fix this issue asap.  You can call Eli [Edited: "Personal Information"] at [Edited: "Personal Information"].  He acknowledges his mistake but then unabel to fix.  In addition to payong $100 extar each month, I have already spent over six hours of my tiem trying to resolev this issue.  I would not want my worst enemy to have xfinity mobile.  Phone serviec is great, but it is much better to get directly from Verizon.  Please eaither ersolve teh issue or let me get out of contract without having to pay penalties.  You can  reach me at [Edited: "Personal Information"].  Thanks, [Edited: "Personal Information"]
