Device credit

Purchased two iPhone 17 and traded in two 15 during a promotion in Sept.  I was due to be credited 1100 per phone. I have not received the credits and feel I was scammed. Customer service [Edited: "Inflammatory"] with Xfinity.

I am sorry to hear that you have not yet started receiving the credits for your trade-ins, I know that is frustrating, but you have reached the right team that can take a look at this for you. Did you get an email or other notification that your trade-ins had been received?
