Delivery address
Yesterday, I signed up for Xfinity internet and placed an order for internet devices (modem and router) to be delivered to my new house. However, I just realized that the devices will be shipped before I move into the new house.
Therefore, I would like to change the shipping address and delivery time for my order.
Could you please guide me on how to update my order information?

@Jhong36 Hi! Thanks for choosing us for service! Orders have a short window to change the address or date and in this case too much time has passed. The best step will be to utilize UPS services to see if you can delay or hold at facility.
