Delayed shipping not honored

I asked for delayed shipping for next month but I received an email that a shipping label is already created. I searched the forum and they ask to send a "Direct Message" but there is no "Direct Messaging" icon! The direct-messaging link they provided also redirect to the main forum page. The live chat is a stupid robot that won't connect me to a live agent whatever I ask (tried "delayed shipping fail", "agent", "live agent", "chat with live agent", "cancel", "cancel service", "file a complain",...).

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

For those who are wondering or having the same issue as mine. The "Direct Message Chat" icon was not enabled for me even after logging in and the https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging link was redirecting to main forum page. But now it seems it is activated for my account so I have the Icon and also the link works and does not redirect! Not sure what triggered the activation. Maybe because I posted a question.

I am having the exact same issue. Not able to Direct Message customer support in regards to a delayed shipping order that is going to be delivered much sooner than the date I selected.

Direct Messaging isn't available for users who haven't made a public post, comment, or reply yet.

As a reminder, it is against the Xfinity Forums Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy to send unsolicited Direct Messages to anyone, including Xfinity Support. If an Official Employee needs to work with you via DM, they will invite you.

@user_pvs5e7, how early is your shipment estimated to arrive? Does it say shipped, or just that a label has been created?
