December Amazon Promo

I signed up on December 11th prior to the December 15th promotional end date for a gig of Internet that included a $200 Amazon gift card and complimentary Xfi pod. I have yet to receive word on either. I already tried the incentive tracker and reaching out when that failed to find anything. I would like to get this issue resolved as would many others from the looks of the forums from the last month. One would think that a company as big as Xfinity would take care to deliver on their promotions to make their customers want to recommend them over other competitors.

To get started can you send us a DM with your full name and address. Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

@user_h9rmjc​ according to Xfinity I did not receive the promo upon finalizing my order. Unfortunately since I don’t have screenshots of the my order confirmation on the website that showed I did get it I have no proof to correct the mistake. Lesson learned, always take a screenshot.
