Deal offered on phone not honored in store
Today when I called Customerservice, I spoke to somebody named [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Her callback number was [Edited: "Personal Information"]
. [Edited: "Personal Information"] told me that if I brought my own iPhone to Xfinity mobile, I would be able to receive the mobile deal of zero dollars per month plus an additional discount of anywhere from $10-$30 off of my Internet service per month.
However, when I arrived in store, they said that Was not true. They said I should have confirmed before doing anything. However, I received that information from an Xfinity customer service rep on the phone. I don’t know how else I could have confirmed the information that they provided as I they speak for your company.
I kindly request that Xfinity honor what I was told by Xfinity customer service rep over the phone. Thank you.

Depending on the plan you are on, and whether you currently have Xfinity mobile phone service, you could qualify for the free line of mobile phone service, and we can also take a look at the plan and see if there are savings to be had.
