Data usage - sudden spikes in usage???
Been an Xfinity customer for 30+ years and just received my first notice that I am within 25% of using up my data???? I have NEVER received a notice regarding data and did not even know there was a data limit. We are a retired couple with one computer and a couple of tvs. Our phones are not Xfinity. Our internet/viewing habits have not changed. Why all of a sudden has our internet data spiked? We already have a problem getting the speeds of internet that we pay for and now our data is spiking for no apparent reason. What is going on Xfinity?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
