Data Cap and Price
Is there a way to remove the data cap on an account. I see new customers get $50/month for 1 gig internet with unlimited data but I'm stuck paying a lot more for slower speed and capped data. I can go elsewhere and pay $50/month as well but wanted to check first.

Hi there, @Drew81! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. There are 2 ways to remove the data cap, the first is to get into one of our newer packages which include unlimited data. The second is if you want to keep your current package, and it's one of our older offerings, you can subscribe to unlimited data at $30 per month. We can explore both options with you. Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address.
