Data Breach

Was I supposed to receive a notice of Data breach to know if I was personally affected or were all Xfinity customers affected together by the breach or unauthorized access?

I have had nothing but Internet issues since joining Xfinity. I was not notified of a data breach but joining Xfinity was the time I started experiencing issues with my phone and anything connected to the internet.
