Dangerously low wire, safety hazard

There is a dangerously low wire hanging on the street  at around

<EDIT: Removed Personal Information>

There is no way to report this without making an account and I'm not even a customer. This is such an outrage there is no way to just send an email to xfinity that it's appalling. Comcast/xFinity should be ashamed! I did not speak to an actual human, the AI assistant is not trained to deal with anything at all unless one is signed in first. Horrible prompting! There is no way to report a safety hazard.

I am a customer and u have reported a similar issue several times to no avail. It's been months and they have still yet to fix their wire hanging. On ground. I'm hoping we or the neighbors don't run it over while mowing grass now. It's ridiculous that the don't address these issues in a timely manner.
