dangerous wire situation and NO HELP from Xfinity

I have a dangerous wire situation.  And it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a live "REAL PERSON" at Xfinity.  I get bounced around from chat bots to virtual agents.  There are no "live human beings" who will take calls from customers.  Between my two homes I pay almost $600/month to xFinity and I cannot talk to a live person.

Due to a storm in Mantoloking NJ, my home at [Edited: "Personal Information"] has a "broken wire". It is laying across my drive way and across my yard.  I have NO SERVICE at ALL and it is a dangerous situation.  I opened a ticket and no one is calling me back: [Edited: "Personal Information"]
