Damaged Yard and Exposed Cable

A cable repair was recently done in my backyard and my backyardwas destroyed. Most my grass has been killed from the heavy equipment that was used to bury the cable. There are track marks all over my yard from the heavy equipment that was used which killed my grass. There's an exposed wire coming from the ground, and there's a cable that's hanging across my privacy fence with caution tape tied around it. I'd like my yard/grass replaced/repaired, the exposed wire removed,

and the cable removed from my fence.

Hi there! We’re really sorry to hear about the condition your yard was left in. That’s definitely not the experience we want for you, and we understand how frustrating it is to deal with damage like that after a repair.

We’d like to take a closer look at what happened here. We can help get a request opened to address the exposed line and the cable on the fence, and also make sure your yard concerns are properly documented so they can be reviewed for repair.
