Damaged service pedestal

Hello trying to get help regarding the outside service pedestal in front of my property, have called about a month ago and nothing still has been done to correct this hazardous situation. The pedestal is falling apart it’s corroded and needs to be replaced. A regular service person came and said it’s another department and they would come to replace it but it’s been several weeks now and nothings been done. Can you help?? Thank you

Hi there @user_8454ee Thank you so much for reaching out on our Xfinity Community Forum about the damaged pedestal.  I'll be happy to assist.  Are your service being impacted at this time?  Also, is the pedestal located near your property?  Or, directly on your property?

@XfinityDemetrise hi our service is not impacted at this time but we’ve called several times and no one has come yet to replace it, it is directly on our property in front of our home.

Hi it is directly on our property and our service is still working fine. It’s been several weeks and no one has come out, I believe the Construction dept needs to address this and replace it. Thank you

Thank you for those details, @user_8454ee. We'll need some additional information to move things along. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address. 😃

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
 Click "Sign In" if necessary
 Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
