Damaged Pedestal

I am not a subscriber but there is a damaged pedestal on my property that I would like to report for repair.  What's the process for this?

Hey there, @user_r8usw6, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding the damaged pedestal. We would be happy to help with getting this issue resolved. If you can please send us a Direct Message with your name and the address for the pedestal we can get a ticket submitted.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

@XfinityJeniece

After much back-and-forth with support folks via this forum's private messaging, the pedestal was repaired yesterday.  Thanks and good luck to anyone else in my situation.  Stick with it, follow up, and you _should_ eventually get a resolution.  For me, it was just under a month from first report here on the forum to repair

user_r8usw6, We are happy to hear it. Thanks so much for your time. We are delighted that we could help get the damaged pedestal issue resolved by getting this routed to the appropriate field team. Please be sure to reach out to us for any future needs by creating a new public text submission without your account information. Before we let you go, may I ask if you have another provider for internet or mobile service?
