Damaged Driveway & NO Communication

On November 2, I arrived home to find 2 men cutting sections out of our paved driveway.  I was unable to use the driveway and had to park on the side of the road. We had NO idea that anyone would be cutting out parts of our driveway and were completely shocked.  They "patched" the slice of driveway and other section of driveway that was removed and it looks so bad.  We saved for years to be able to have our driveway paved, and with zero communication, you send people to cut it up and "patch" it.  Our home is the ONLY home in our development where they removed parts of the driveway.  They went under the driveway for any other houses that they worked on.  

We did NOT need service, request service, or know of any reason for them to need to damage our driveway.

We've attempted calling Xfinity/Comcast and haven't been able to get any help.  When we FINALLY got to speak to a human, we were put on hold for over 30 minutes.  We wanted to file a claim on the damage that was caused by xfinity.  We were told that we need a "job number".  There was never any notice or information provided to us, so we couldn't provide a "job number."  We were then told that we couldn't file a claim because we didn't have the information that they needed.  

We requested that a manager call us, and no one has ever done that.  I filled out the "share your thoughts" questionnaire that was sent to me after my phone call, and I again outlined the situation and requested that someone contacts us about this situation.  

I am trying to avoid going outside of xfinity/comcast for a solution, but I need someone to contact me ASAP.
