damage to my property

Xfinity has caused a lot of damage to my property. We have called and someone came to look at the damage but did nothing and we haven't heard anything since. The driveway is mud now, tree limbs broken, fence broken, grass is dead. How is this acceptable?

Oh, the response that instructs me to post my issue on the forum? That is not a response to the issue. "We are just waiting on your reply for how you would like to proceed."?  Uhhh, repair the damage entirely. When will the damage be repaired?

user_djn9mp If you head back into the direct message thread, you will find a message acknowledging your concerns, and for us to move forward addressing the damage concerns we need to confirm identity to loop in our local field team about things to get everything sorted out.
