Damage Claim

We own a home at [Edited: Personal Information].  The main sewer line collapsed last week and when we went to repair it, we found two orange cables running through the line causing the collapse.  We would like to be compensated for the damages and cost of repairs to the sewer line.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
