Cut irrigation line

Recently, Comcast replaced the cable feed from the distribution box to our home. This required trenching across our yard. Upon using our sprinklers for the first time this season, we found that they do not work. Testing voltage from the sprinkler zone controller to the sprinkler solenoids proves there is indeed no voltage delivered on any of the control wires. I would like assistance getting a property damage ticket established.

Hey there @user_bcb9e2! Thank you for taking the time to reach out and being part of the Xfinity family. I'm so sorry that this has happened to you, and I'd be more than happy to get a ticket started for a damage claim. In order to get started can you please send me a private message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right?
