Cut cable
Hello,
My internet service is currently not working. I went outside this morning and found that the Xfinity cable near the cable box is exposed above the ground and appears to have been cut, possibly by my lawn mower.
The cable was not buried and was exposed in the yard, which is why I believe it may have been accidentally damaged while mowing. I have taken pictures of the cable and the damage.
I would like to have a technician come. out to inspect the line and repair my internet service. Since the cable was exposed and not properly buried.
Please let me know what I need to do to get this repaired as soon as possible. I can provide the pictures if needed.
