Customer Support

I'm finding it really challenging to resolve issues on the most efficient way for both Xfinity and myself based solely on communication barriers and scripted resolution trees that customer support has to follow.  I just spent 1 hour and 13 minutes just trying to resolve a simple billing question.  The service agent was either having difficulty understanding my request or was bound by a decision tree that wasted both of our times, and I was having a difficult time understanding them due to heavy accents and poor phone connection on their end.  I'm still a little frustrated because I have no confidence that my concerns are actually resolved because they either aren't allowed to tell me explicitly what I want to hear or they don't understand what resolution I desire.  I will have to wait until my billong updates, and then find out.  Guess what, if my issue persists, it will be another round of phone tag probably for over an hour to get to another inconclusive resolution. I'm not sure what will remedy this issue but I definitely asked to up channel or elevate my concern to a higher authority multiple times in hopes of connecting with an agent I could communicate with more clearly, but was not.  I have very specific details that I would like to share but the forum might not be the proper place for it.  I would welcome a phone call to discuss my experience and look for ways to improve moving forward.

Hello @user_7aa7na, and thank you for reaching out here on our Xfinity Community forums.

We can absolutely understand your frustration after spending over an hour trying to address what should have been a straightforward billing concern, only to come away without confidence that everything was actually resolved. You deserve to clearly understand what was done and what to expect next.

We’d be happy to review the billing concern and the recent changes on your account to help confirm where things currently stand. Please send us a Direct Message with your full name and complete service address so we can securely locate the account and continue with you there.
