The exorbitant costs of cable and internet should lol provide prompt and attentive service for customers! Where is the loyalty of this company! I have been trying to contact customer service for hours to no avail! There are several complaints about service and nothing seems to be done! I am taking my 2400.00 to another company! This is ridiculous!
