Does Xfinity request a $100 fee for a new two year contract

Hello @user_cc3a6f! Thank you for reaching out on our community forum. We do not charge for a new contract to an existing customer. Sometimes new customer's may be required to pay a deposit, or an installation charge. It is possible that existing customers may have an installation charge as well if there are new products or service being professionally installed.
