Customer support is horrible

Anyone feeling that since the change to this xfinity assistant that keeps you from reaching out to support is lieu of automated answers has taken Xfinity support to a whole new low?

Yes, it’s impossible to get a real person but they are sure to contact you when your bill isn’t paid.
