I have been dealing with them for 3 months now trying to get the incentives I was promised. I just sent my last bill from other carrier for a third time today to hopefully receive them. Not one person is knowledgeable enough to help. My last review they said direct message us and we can help you. I sent a DM and an hour later I was typing I guess nobody wants to help and she says this isn’t a direct message. They are so confusing and not helpful at all. I should’ve listened to all the people that said don’t make the move they are terrible.

You need to continue posting in your original thread here. Understand, too, a DM isn't anything like an IM; DM's are much slower - think of them to be somewhat like email.
Post back there and ask if you can send another DM and continue the conversation there.
