Worst customer service
I can’t get a rep that doesn’t lie about when my incentives are coming for switching services. I have called and chat at least 20 times and they all say don’t worry I’ll take care of it well 2 and a half months later still nothing. Then I was emailed by a customer experience rep about the bad review 2 days ago and he doesn’t respond. Is there anyone there that doesn’t lie and can actually help? How about a supervisor how do you contact them?

So I got contacted back by support when I laid out my problem they stopped responding. That was 40 minutes ago.
