Worst customer service

I can’t get a rep that doesn’t lie about when my incentives are coming for switching services. I have called and chat at least 20 times and they all say don’t worry I’ll take care of it well 2 and a half months later still nothing. Then I was emailed by a customer experience rep about the bad review 2 days ago and he doesn’t respond. Is there anyone there that doesn’t lie and can actually help? How about a supervisor how do you contact them?

For switching over from Verizon I am supposed to be getting gift cards 4-$500 for transferring phones and 2-$200 for transferring watches. I was told end of May I would get them and when I didn’t I kept contacting customer with them all saying don’t worry I’m the agent to help and nothing ever gets done.

So I got contacted back by support when I laid out my problem they stopped responding. That was 40 minutes ago.
