Customer "Service"

Has ANYONE been able to get thru to a human for support???  I have tried for over an hour and cannot achieve this.  If anyone knows how to do so, PLEASE respond quickly.   Thank you.

Thank you, but I 100% doubt that I will ever get contacted by or be able to contact a human at Xfinity/Comcast.  Perhaps it is time for me to switch providers.

@XfinityDemitrius​ I have been EVERYWHERE on the website and round and round with the impossible answering system used when calling. Why is it s impossible to speak to a living, breathing human being??? If I cannot reach a PERSON in the next 24 hours, I'll be contacting RCN.  Obviously, Comcast/Xfinity has gtten so big they do not care if a subscriber leaves.
