Customer service

This is the worst company to deal with. I am attempting to contact a real person, which is apparently impossible. I keep asking the robot “helper” to cancel my services and they comically ask if I want to add new services. If there was any chance of anyone else joining this service, do yourself a favor and AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I could not be more frustrated. I have called the help line multiple times all to be told I am not allowed to talk to a real representative. Save your money and your time and do not sign up for this.  Perhaps the funniest part is that every time I try to submit this it says an “error has occurred” and I am forced to retype this message.
