Customer Service: Live Agent

I had a good experience with customer support, but after a disconnection, I couldn't retrieve my chat transcript. I spent over an hour trying to reconnect, but wasn’t able to get back to the original agent or access the transcript.

It would be really helpful if chat transcripts were automatically emailed to users once the chat ends (whether it’s disconnected or finished). Attempting to retrieve the chat transcript after a disconnect was complicated (and futile), and the interface isn’t intuitive for accessing past chats.

This small improvement would make the support experience much smoother and more reliable.
