customer service is terrible
Why does the stupid Xfinity assistant not allow be to speak with a representative regardless of the status of my account, on top of that, why do your representatives lie saying they are fixing the arrangement as requested only for the service to go off the next day? This is the worst, literally the WORST customer service I had ever received. If I worked from home, I'd have way more to say.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Same here.... had 2 days dealing with this weird names agents.... and they instead of help they disconnected my phone and now I can't call anyone.... it shows in my phone my number is lock ON and they can't unlock it
