Customer service is ignorant of services and enjoys playing games.

I was trying to hook up the Xfinity now gateway and even with tech support It did not work right out of the box. I didn't have time to wait for a tech to come to the house so I decided to cancel the service and go with another plan. My first question was " can't I just cancel online?" To which I was told "no, you need to speak to someone to get the refund" I was then transferred to 5 "customer service reps" who apparently don't know how to do anything. Only to be finally told over an hour later that I need to do it myself online. When I heard that I was livid and I asked to talk to "Carla's" manager because I had been given the run around for over an hour and she transferred me to the automated operator. They lost a customer for life.
