Customer Service is horrible

How hard is it to talk to a PERSON?  You support line is horrible with all the automation.  Its impossible to do anything other than send you my money ... you make that real easy.

I have had to quarantine due to heart issues so work has been slim to none . I pay $120 a month for service I can’t use most of the time . I had to schedule a payment arrangement for the first time so I would not lose internet service . The day after I set up the payment arrangement they shut my service off .. you cannot speak to an agent if your service is off are behind in payments . I had to take money set aside for electric to just speak to an agent . I was told that my equipment was out of date when I have only had it for 6 months . I have never seen a company with such poor service and customer service .. I will happily take their equipment back to them and tell everyone I can how horrible they are with there product and customer service

It's nearly impossible and the chat is unreliable.  COVID has been a thing for a year now and Xfinity still acts like stay at home just started.  Honestly, even if my new ISP is really bad it will be an improvement, but Xfinity still crippling their upload speeds was the last straw.
