Customer service is an abomonation

It’s truly embarrassing how hard it is to talk to a real person. In the middle of an outage, you’re not allowed to talk to a representative (because that makes any sense at all), therefore the virtual assistant hangs up the phone on you and you’d have to try and start all over. You guys are a joke.
